The Sixth Circuit was deeply skeptical of the Parma police officers' efforts to claim that they're immune from suit for their retaliation against Novak.

Cincinnati, OH – Today, Subodh Chandra, lead counsel for Anthony Novak, engaged in oral argument in the Sixth Circuit against Parma police officer Thomas Connor and Kevin Riley's appeal of a federal judge's decision that Anthony Novak's lawsuit against them for First Amendment retaliation and malicious prosecution should proceed.
