Cincinnati, OH – Today, Subodh Chandra, lead counsel for Anthony Novak, engaged in oral argument in the Sixth Circuit against Parma police officer Thomas Connor and Kevin Riley's appeal of a federal judge's decision that Anthony Novak's lawsuit against them for First Amendment retaliation and malicious prosecution should proceed. As you will hear, the court was deeply skeptical of the officers' efforts to escape liability by claiming they are immune from suit.
