• A Fortune 200 corporation wished to investigate reports of unethical activity by certain employees and engaged us to investigate impartially, and report to the corporation's general counsel.
• A multimillion-dollar real-estate-development organization engaged us to investigate concerns about corruption by certain employees who were suspected of taking kickbacks in return for steering company business. Our investigation led to federal criminal charges against certain employees.
• An environmentally conscious real-estate-development firm and concerned citizens engaged our firm to investigate concerns about corruption and failure to follow the law in a city that had rejected his proposed "green" development project in favor of a less meritorious one. Our investigation and subsequent litigation led to a favorable settlement.
• A concerned citizen who suspected theft in office by a government official engaged us to investigate, and then bring appropriate taxpayer litigation against the official. The official resigned in disgrace on the eve of his trial for removal from office.

As an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Economic Crimes Unit of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Ohio, firm founder Subodh Chandra earned praise from then-FBI Director Robert Mueller for his prosecution of healthcare fraud and corruption. Mr. Chandra worked closely with special agents of the FBI and various other federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (HHS-OIG) and the IRS's Criminal Investigative Division to investigate cases.

In addition, as Director of Law for the City of Cleveland, Chandra served as the general counsel for a billion-dollar corporation. He personally conducted and oversaw internal investigations of fraud and corruption in Cleveland's Division of Water (the tenth largest public water utility in the country) and the Department of Community Development that led to federal prosecutions. Chandra also initiated and oversaw an investigation of police-overtime abuses that led to the resignation of the city's police chief.
