Dean and Defendant Lawrence Mitchell of Case Western Reserve University resigns, following the Chandra Law Firm's filing of a lawsuit on behalf of Professor Raymond alleging retaliation, for Ku's reporting, as associate dean, alleged sexual harassment by Mitchell of various individuals

Defendant Lawrence Mitchell has resigned as dean of Case Western Reserve University's School of Law. In October 2013 (see previous post), The Chandra Law Firm filed a civil complaint against Dean Mitchell on behalf of Professor (and previously associate dean) Raymond Ku, alleging that Mitchell had retaliated against Ku for reporting sexual harassment of various individuals at the law school.
