Earlier in this blog, we linked to news reports that Defendant Lawrence Mitchell, accused of retaliation by a client of the Chandra Law Firm, had resigned from the deanship of Case Western Reserve University's School of Law.

Commentary on the resignation of Defendant and now former Case Western Reserve University Law School Dean Lawrence E. Mitchell. Mitchell is the defendant in a suit filed by the Chandra Law Firm on behalf of the University's former associate dean, alleging retaliation.
