Elliot Forhan's experience includes civil-rights, employment, and whistleblower litigation, bankruptcy, housing litigation, and commercial transactions.
He has litigated in federal district court, in bankruptcy court, and in housing court. He has also advised, in the aggregate, more than $50-billion worth of deal value.
After graduating from Yale Law School, Mr. Forhan worked as an associate in the corporate department at the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore. He later worked as an associate in the banking group at the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and an associate in the debt-finance group at the Cleveland office of Baker & Hostetler.
Mr. Forhan serves as a state representative in the Ohio House of Representatives.
He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and New York.
